Noisiness. Let's face it: Some people over-retweet. You may be interested in what they personally say, but you don't need to know about every link and charity cause they pull their RT-happy trigger finger on. The only choice you have today is deciding if the benefit of getting their occasional gems is worth the cost of their retweetarrhea.
This? Right here? May be the one thing that sells me on the new retweet feature sight unseen. I'm one of the few and unlucky without it thus far. I do get crayzee tired of people who just RT all day. They RT things that were boring the FIRST time they were tweeted. I've unfollowed so many people for this...it's probably the second most common reason behind people who tweet the same thing four times per day just in case we missed some of their pearls the FIRST three times.
